Cola®Lube 3407 is a long-chain, aliphatic phosphate ester designed for a variety of metalworking fluid applications. It provides excellent extreme pressure and lubricity characteristics as well as emulsification and rust protection properties for both ferrous and nonferrous metallurgies. This product can be readily formulated into synthetic, semi-synthetic, and soluble oil formulations useful in cutting, grinding, rolling oils, and liquid drawing compounds. As supplied, Cola®Lube 3407 is soluble in paraffinic and naphthenic oil. It is soluble in water by pH adjustment or by the incorporation of water-soluble co-surfactants.

Venadol® 104 is a 100% active surface-active agent with a unique structure that allows multi-functional properties which include the following: foam control, reduction in surface tension, and viscosity stabilization. These various properties allow Venadol® 104 to be utilized in various application such as, inks, paint, coatings, adhesives, pigment manufacturing, pigment dispersion, dye processing, agricultural, cement, and metalworking lubricants. This product is APE Free.

Cola®Cor RP is a non-foaming, water-soluble corrosion inhibitor designed for use with cast iron, steel, and non-ferrous metals like aluminum and copper. Cola®Cor IT is an excellent corrosion inhibitor with low foaming properties, suitable for metalworking fluids, rolling emulsions, water-based hydraulic fluids, and metal cleaners. It readily dissolves in glycols, water, and alkanolamines but remains insoluble in hydrocarbons. Cola®Cor IT demonstrates good stability in hard water, and typical applications do not necessitate an additional defoamer.
