T-Det® LF 460 is a slightly more hydrophilic version of T-Det® LF 416. This product is more alkali-compatible and requires less hydrotrope to produce a single-phase formulation. It is a 100% active alkoxylated alcohol that produces negligible amounts of foam while retaining excellent wetting power. This product functions well in rinse aid formulas and finds use in mechanical dishwashing and bottle-washing applications. It is also well suited to colder environments for storage, where a low set point is required. The favorable foam profile may be improved further by the addition of small amounts of T-Det® 1618 DI 302.

T-Det® LF 416 is a low-foaming, nonionic surfactant that is soluble in water at temperatures below its cloud point. It is also soluble in polar solvents such as alcohols and glycol ethers, as well as in aromatic solvents like xylene, toluene, and benzene.
