It is a clear liquid at room temperature. It should not be mixed with concentrated oxidizing or reducing agents, since the mixture of these compounds with organic compounds could potentially be explosive. If the product is frozen, it needs to simply be stored at room temperature for a period of time. No agitation is necessary to reconstitute.
