- Stabil® 9 FG is a double-acting leavening phosphate used primarily in self-rising flours, self-rising cornmeal, and biscuit mixes to insure a full-volumed/light product.
- Sodium aluminum phosphate is Generally Recognized As Safe (GRAS) as a multiple purpose food substance when used in accordance with good manufacturing practice under 21 CFR 182.1781.
- Calcium phosphate (mono-, di-, and tribasic; MCP, DCP, and TCP) is Generally Recognized As Safe (GRAS) under 21 CFR 182.1217 and 182.8217 as a multiple purpose food additive and nutrient when used in accordance with good manufacturing practice.
- Monobasic calcium phosphate is Generally Recognized As Safe (GRAS) for use as a sequestrant when used in accordance with good manufacturing practice under 21 CFR 182.6215.
- Calcium phosphate (mono-, di-, and tribasic; MCP, DCP, and TCP) is Generally Recognized As Safe (GRAS) in animal foods under 21 CFR 582.1217 and 582.5217 as a general purpose food additive and dietary supplement when used in accordance with good manufacturing or feeding practices.
