Berryman Chemical Polyethylene Glycol 400 is a polyol that is functionally 100% active, presenting as a clear, odorless, viscous liquid. Its two primary hydroxyl groups enable typical alcohol reactions, forming monoesters, diesters, ethers, and acetals. PEG 400 is hydrophilic and soluble in water, acetone, alcohols, glycols, and aromatic hydrocarbons.
