CalBlend® MILD is readily biodegradable and has excellent cost/performance characteristics. CalBlend® MILD produces high viscosity ultra-mild baby and personal cleansers with excellent lather profile and soft and silky after feel. CalBlend® MILD saves on batch time, labor cost, storage space and manufacturing errors through formula consistency. CalBlend® MILD contains no solvents or VOC’s, is naturally derived, and DEA free.

For use in Baby Shampoo, Baby Bath, Puppy Shampoo and ultra-mild Personal or Pet Cleansers. The suggested use level for CalBlend® MILD is 25-45%. The viscosity of the resulting products can be built to the desired consistency with the judicious addition of salt. With simple water dilution, CalBlend® MILD yields clear, ultra-mild formulations with excellent viscosity characteristics.

CalBlend® MILD is available in 55-gallon drums (net weight 480 lb/218 kg), 275-gallon totes and bulk (tank rail and tank truck).
Storage & Handling

Containers should be stored at temperatures between 50°F and 90°F. Please refer to the MSDS before handling this material. Normal safety precautions (i.e. gloves and safety goggles) should be employed when handling. Wash thoroughly after handling. Do not get in eyes. Avoid skin and clothing contact. Do not store with strong oxidizing agents. Store in plastic, plastic-lined steel or stainless steel containers.
