Berryman Chemical Triethanolamine 99% LFG

Berryman Chemical Triethanolamine 99% LFG is an 85% solution of triethanolamine with 15% water, designed to prevent freezing with a freeze point of -5°C (23°F). Triethanolamine (TEA) exhibits both alcohol and amine characteristics, serving as a mildly alkaline amine that forms salts or soaps when reacting with acids, and as an alcohol capable of esterification. This colorless to yellow, viscous, hygroscopic liquid carries an ammonia-like odor and finds diverse applications including gas sweetening, detergents, cleaners, concrete admixtures, urethane foam catalysts, pharmaceuticals, personal care products, and agricultural chemicals.
