H-Care®

H Care® STA is an amphoteric surfactant that is useful in personal care products as a viscosity builder, hair conditioning agent, foam booster, and antistatic emulsifier. It is non-yellowing. It can be used in personal care products, cosmetics, and hair conditioners.

H Care® CAO-35 is a multi-functional amine oxide that provides good detergency, exceptionally high foaming, and viscosity control properties. When combined in the proper ratio with alkyl sulfates or alkyl ether sulfates, H Care® CAO-35 can be used to develop clear, mild, low pH shampoos and cleansers with substantial conditioning properties. It can reduce static electricity and is also biodegradable.

H Care® AME has unique antistatic, moisturizing, and humectant properties. It is a good choice for both skin and hair conditioning products. For shampoos, superior conditioning can be built-in, allowing for excellent wet combing properties. It leaves hair with good manageability, reduces "fly away," and provides sheen to hair. It is also a suitable conditioner for body washes and lotions.

H Care® 2NALS is a very mild, nearly colorless sulfosuccinate derived from a three-mole ethoxylated lauryl alcohol. It provides excellent foam properties that can be enhanced by blending with sodium laureth sulfate. The combination of these two surfactants provides a product that is mild to both skin and eyes, has good foam performance, and improves viscosity response. This grade is preserved with KATHON® CG.

H Care® 2CM-40CG is a salt-free, methanol-free amphoteric surfactant with mild characteristics that are useful in a variety of formulations. It is used to couple conditioning agents into cleaners such as shampoos and body washes, and provides high foam for body washes, baby shampoos, and other mild personal care products. It also has the potential to reduce irritation in other surfactants used in the formulation.

H Care® 2CLV is a coco imidazoline-derived dicarboxylic acid amphoteric. It is one of the mildest amphoteric surfactants of its class. It provides a moderate lather and cleans without removing dermal lipids from the skin, giving a rich conditioning effect. It is stable over a wide pH range and can be used as the only surfactant in commercial products such as moist wipes.

H Care® 1C is a plant-derived alkyl imidazoline monocarboxylic acid amphoteric. H Care® 1C provides mild cleansing, counter-irritancy, light conditioning, and high foaming properties. This product is ideal for use in a wide variety of personal care products. It is readily biodegradable per OECD 301 methods and meets the criteria for a surfactant under the EU Detergents Regulation (EC) 648/2004.

H Care® 2C is a coco imidazoline-derived dicarboxylic acid amphoteric. It is one of the mildest amphoteric surfactants of its class. H Care® CA-35 is a high-foaming amphoteric surfactant that provides effective detergency, wetting, and hydrotroping properties in various electrolyte systems. It produces high foam and dense lather. It is completely salt-free and offers the formulator the opportunity to react H Care® CA-35 with any acid or base of choice to prepare the corresponding salt. This avoids contamination of the product with unwanted inorganic salts. This product offers excellent chemical stability, solubility, and surface-active properties. The low irritation of H Care® CA-35, along with its high foaming and dense foam properties, make this product ideal for shampoos, bubble baths, and skin cleansers. It is compatible with high electrolyte solutions and is stable in strong acid and alkalis. Solutions of 10% CA-35 are stable in 25% NaOH and 10% H2SO4 as well.

H Care® DO is a non-ionic surfactant used to improve foam, viscosity, and feel properties of personal care formulations. Formulations that use H Care® DO offer a noticeable improvement in the esthetics of shampoos and hand soaps over non-amide formulations. It is recommended for ‚¬Å“DEA-free‚¬ formulations.

H Care® EQ-18 is a sulfate-free, gentle, concentrated blend of surfactants for use as a base for high-foam personal care products. The eco-friendly blend is free of alcohol, diethanolamides, lauryl sulfates, laureth sulfates, parabens, and formaldehyde. The surfactant ingredients in this blend originate from natural, renewable resources. It responds gently to viscosity building with the simple addition of sodium chloride.

H Care® DIPA is a DEA-free 1:1 coconut diisopropanolamide derived from triglyceride oil. H Care® DIPA is well-suited for 'natural' formulations. It is stable in neutral, alkaline, and acidic systems. Its appearance is a clear, viscous liquid with a maximum color (Gardner) of 3. The pH (10% aqueous) ranges from 10.0 to 11.5.

H Care® GS is a multifunctional, natural triglyceride organic phospholipid complex. It is designed to mimic natural phospholipids that occur in the body and deposit essential fatty acids on the skin. This is derived from sustainable pure grapeseed oil and is highly substantive to hair and skin. The flavonoid oligomeric procyanidin found in grapeseed oil is an incredibly strong antioxidant, about 50 times stronger than antioxidants like vitamin C and E, and can provide protection against cellular and tissue damage caused by free radicals. By taking advantage of this oil's unique composition, It offers a combination of performance properties for personal and health care applications that are rarely achieved with a single ingredient.

H Care® DM is a non-ionic surfactant used to improve foam, viscosity, and feel properties of personal care formulations. Formulations that use H Care® DM offer a noticeable improvement in the esthetics of shampoos and hand soaps over non-amide formulations.

H Care® SO is a 25% active stearamine oxide with conditioning properties comparable to quaternary ammonium compounds. It is slightly water-soluble, and its solubility can be enhanced by blending with anionic surfactants to offer a clear formulation. H Care® SO is an effective viscosity builder and useful in creating pleasing shampoo and hair rinse products. It is also gentle to both skin and eyes, causing no dermal or ocular irritation at 5% or less active use.
