Cola®Mate

Cola®Mate LA-40 MB is a very light-colored, mild sulfosuccinate surfactant derived from natural lauryl alcohol. With more than 65% bio-based carbon content, it is sulfate-free, PEG-free, and 1,4-dioxane-free, making it ideal for natural-based, sulfate-free formulations. Cola®Mate LA-40 MB provides dense, voluminous foam in personal cleansers, is mild to eyes, and is useful in sensitive skin cleansers. Despite its high Krafft point, it can be used to formulate clear products. As a USDA Biopreferred Product, Cola®Mate LA-40 MB is derived from palm oil that supports the production of certified sustainable palm oil.

Cola®Mate SI is a very mild sulfosuccinate surfactant derived from water-soluble silicone copolymer. It is useful in non-irritating skin cleansing and specialty applications, imparting foam that is easily rinsed. Cola®Mate SI reduces the irritation of other anionics when formulated together. In facial cleansers, it helps reduce irritation from harsh anionic surfactants.

Cola®Mate LA-100 MB is a spray-dried, high-foaming, mild sulfosuccinate surfactant with good detergency. Cola®Mate LA-100 MB may be used in powdered products where mildness is important. It may also be used to increase the concentration of aqueous systems for improved performance and mildness.
