Cola®Cor

Cola®Cor 100 is a water-soluble amphoteric corrosion inhibitor specifically formulated for various metalworking, detergent, and aerosol applications. Aqueous solutions of this inhibitor offer effective corrosion protection at typical usage concentrations.

Cola®Cor 300 is a water-soluble carboxylate corrosion inhibitor designed for metalworking applications. Its aqueous solutions exhibit very low foaming characteristics and deliver effective corrosion protection when used at typical treatment levels. To achieve optimal rust protection, the solution pH should be adjusted to 8.5 or higher using the amine of choice.

Cola®Cor 372 serves as a low-foaming corrosion inhibitor in metalworking fluids, rolling emulsions, and water-based hydraulic fluids. It remains insoluble in water, but water-soluble salts of Cola®Cor 372 can be obtained by neutralization with alkanolamines and hydroxides. These salts are valuable either alone or when combined with other water-soluble corrosion inhibitors or lubricants.

Cola®Cor 400 is a water-soluble corrosion inhibitor tailored for use in various metalworking, detergent, and aerosol applications. Its aqueous solutions exhibit minimal foaming and deliver effective corrosion protection at recommended concentrations. Notably, the performance properties of Cola®Cor 400 remain unaffected by water hardness, and any aqueous films formed dry down to non-tacky residues.

Cola®Cor IT is an excellent corrosion inhibitor with low foaming properties, suitable for metalworking fluids, rolling emulsions, water-based hydraulic fluids, and metal cleaners. It readily dissolves in glycols, water, and alkanolamines but remains insoluble in hydrocarbons. Cola®Cor IT demonstrates good stability in hard water, and typical applications do not necessitate an additional defoamer.

Cola®Cor KAT is a blend of phosphate esters neutralized with alkali metal hydroxide, making it water-soluble. It acts as a corrosion inhibitor effective in alkaline environments for ferrous, non-ferrous, and yellow metals. Moreover, it's compatible with all types of ferrous corrosion inhibitors.

Cola®Cor RP is a non-foaming, water-soluble corrosion inhibitor designed for use with cast iron, steel, and non-ferrous metals like aluminum and copper. It is intended for application in alkaline systems and is recommended as a replacement for sodium nitrite, particularly in cutting and grinding fluids.
